I bought this to record claim statements, depo prep sessions, medical seminars, etc. Sound quality is excellent and battery life exceptional.It will pay for itself over time as battery cost continue to rise.Easy transfer to electronic file for play back.Purchasing a second one to keep at office in addition to home office.

WORKS FINE

Bought this to record neighbors annoying dogs barking nightly @200 feet away. Works great, rechargeable battery lasts @ 4 days working 24/7, and easy to use. I recommend not using Voice Activated Mode for barking. Copied the recordings to a usb stick, downloaded a free audio software (Audacity) and printed the barking activity graphs, and gave both to the Sheriff. All he needed to stop the barking.

This item is of poor quality and not worth spending money on. It ceased functioning after just 2 months of use.I requested a replacement from the company, but despite promising to call back, they never did.Be aware of this product and the vendor.

I am recording the dogs barking next door. The dogs are over 100ft away and the recording is coming in very clear. I have a audio file of some birds outside singing that would have been nice to upload. Sounds great.But, I have some USB cables that just will not allow this device to mount The cables that came with the recorder seem to work all the time, but you have you ever kept track of which USB cable is which? Be sure you do!

instructional video shows ability to reset unit with pin from front panel. neither original unit nor replacement unit had this feature. while emails between myself and ATTO Digital started out well they ultimately told me I needed to remove the plastic front panel (risking damage to the unit) if I needed to reset. they also suggested if it was working, I shouldn't worry about resetting. I suggested they revise their instructional video to include how to safely remove the unit's front panel. bottom line is the unit works well but overall quality is questionable.

Very good quality for picking up sound.

This recorder is great - works like is says it should, is easy to use and to playback on computer and so far the battery life has been good for up to at least 4 days - that is as long as I have used it. There have been a few sound files listed that did not actually have anything recorded on them, but am assuming a single noise triggered it on and then it stayed quiet as there is only a couple seconds of time shown on those sound files. I am very happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  The recorder was recording and generated mp3 files. But all the mp3 files are no voice. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCTS. JUST WASTING YOUR TIME!,!!!
