Columbia Men's PFG Permit II Short, Wicking & Sun Protection

I first bought these in black and loved it so much that I ordered the other two pairs. They are very light weight and comfortable. They dry very quickly. So far, they seem to be holding up well. I love the shorter length, but, be warned, they look pretty short. However, so far no complaints. The only strange thing is the the belt loop in the back has printing that says "PFG, Performance Fishing Gear" - no idea what that is all about. However, it is not too notable.

These shorts fit perfectly. I am a professional gardener and I ordered 3 more of these shorts in all the colors because I like them so much. No more keys, phones or objects in my pockets hitting my knees which you get in longer shorts. They breath well, and dry quickly, and seem to be pretty durable. I was a child of the 80's when short shorts were last popular, and Magnum P.I. was all the rage, so it's nice to be able to expose my thighs to the sunshine and kiss that tan line starting at my knee goodbye!

These shorts are great for travel - they are very light weight and take little space in the suitcase. The fabric is fairly sturdy albeit thin. There are numerous pockets, but most are a little smaller than they should be (may not be large enough for a camera or a large cell-phone. The size is larger than expected! Buy one size smaller than you normally wear. Other than that, the shorts fit well.

My husband has several of these shorts in every color. They fit him perfectly! The only shorts he'll wear in the summer. I will say that although my hubby loves the fit, my son who wears the same size, doesn't like them as much because his legs are a bit bigger and more muscular and he has more of a rear end than the hubby. He says they are a bit snug in the rear end area whereas they fit the hubby perfectly. They are both a 34. I hope this helps.

I purchased the 34 X 6 and they fit great. The quality was excellent and very light weight. They are very comfortable. I have purchased a total of 5 pairs. I would recommend them highly.

I love columbia shorts. My current pairs have lasted over 10years of weekly mtb riding and crashing, seat friction, etc. I wanted to love these but they are a bit short for me. For 11d though I may just keep them around and pretend like I'm Magnum PI.

These are nice looking shorts for the hubby! I purchased these for him to wear mainly fishing, instead of swim trunks. But he wears them out to dinner as well. Lightweight, wrinkle free material. Great fit.

Bought these for my husband. Couldn’t believe how lightweight and comfortable! Lots of pockets, too. Sizing is accurate and true to size. Would definitely purchase again! Worth the money!

Light and comfortable.

My husband loves these shorts, fit a little small, had to return and get a size up from his regular size. But really nice!!

Color fuerte y vivo, ligero y muy fresco. Bolsillos normales ni muy amplios pero tampoco chicos, mi Xiaomi redmi note 7 cabe en el bolsillo que no se cierra (donde van las manos). En los otros no cabe (muy largo) pero si cabe mi billetera. Si pagas menos de 200 no te puedes quejar.

Excelentes pantalones cortos, muy buena calidad, los recomiendo ampliamente. Las tallas corresponden a lo marcado! Compré 34x10 y están perfectos, no largos ni muy cortos. Mido 1.73 m. Además que Columbia no sabe fallar. Se ven mejor que en las fotos.
