Serami 17oz Cobalt Classic Tall Coffee Mugs. Large Handles and Ceramic Construction, Set of 4

Finally, I have found my perfect mug! I love the classic shape, larger capacity, and they report to be lead/cadmium free. After purchasing these mugs, I've stopped my constant hunt for new coffee mugs to try. I use these with 12oz of coffee and have enough room to add milk. Many other mugs I've tried with a similar classic shape are smaller and they cannot fit my coffee to milk ratio that I like. Until I found these Serami mugs, mugs I've tried that do have larger capacity are too big and to wide, the Serami are perfect because they have the same regular diameter, but are just a little bit taller to accommodate more volume and the larger handles (which are very comfortable). I've been using the mug daily for about 9 months now and it looks brand new, durability is great and no chipping issue, they are solid. Although they state to be 17oz capacity, my set actually holds 15oz - but it is the perfect size for my needs, and I believe the seller has changed the capacity in the items description. These mugs are perfect! They are simple and sleek & the black goes with everything! I am a bullet proof coffee gal so I need the larger mug for the extras. They hold the bigger settings on the Keurig perfectly. My husband has large hands and the handle fits just right for him as well. If you need to microwave, the handle does not get hot! I can’t say enough good things. The bonus part of this is, is the customer service I received from Serami. Unfortunately I had 2 of the 4 mugs break in shipping but the Serami family sent me 4 new ones without delay! I emailed them and they responded instantly and sent me replacements without extra charge! That is the best customer service I’ve had in a while. That deserves 10 stars!

I bought these mugs for my office. I could not be happier with the purchase. These are large mugs (17 oz) which is exactly what I was looking for. A large Keurig pour works perfectly in these mugs. The mugs are beautifully glazed and sturdy. I strongly recommend these mugs for anyone looking for a very attractive, well made coffee mug.

Liked that the mugs are lead and cadmium free, the handles don’t hurt my fingers, they’re tall, and the price was good. Didn’t like that the white color I ordered is actually off-white, and the glaze is not first quality (has some dimples and pinpoints). Nice enough for everyday use so I’m keeping them.

The only reason I gave three instead of five stars is because they sent me black when I requested cobalt blue. So disappointing! These gorgeous cups but I must return them because I don't want black, I want cobalt blue. I ordered them again in COBALT BLUE, and am crossing my fingers they send me the right color this time.

These are large mugs holding close to a pint. They look large in appearance and feel even more weighty to pick up. They are balanced with a nice handle to grip from multiple angles. These have a great appearance with a strong glossy deep blue surface. These have been excellent for microwaving water for my tea, but would serve any of a number of purposes.

I Love This Cup. Handel is big enough for all four fingers.I do not work for this company.I read the review it was "too heavy" and had to try it.It is large, it will hold a cup of coffee and still have room not to spill.The color is DARK Blue. I found no skips in the glazing.All 4 cups were dubble boxed and arrived whole.I left one at my sisters one at Church and two at home to always use them.

UPDATE: Replacement received. AGAIN, WHITE NOT COBALT!! Your warehouse needs to make a check of ALL cobalt labeled boxes!! Original comment: I have requested a replacement but forgot to add that the box from the factory was marked correctly, as cobalt. What was inside are white mugs. Please be aware this may happen to you! ONCE this is resolved, I will edit this review as they are otherwise awesome mugs.

The 4 mugs were very well packed and arrived safely all the way to Sydney, Australia - have to admit that I had been worried whether they would arrive in one piece or not! The mugs were as described and in perfect condition. Would buy again!
