I’ve always had trouble sleeping through the night due to insomnia. Working a 12 hour overnight shift aggravated the problem even more. I’ve tried too many sleeping pills to count and they always left me groggy in the morning. Since I got this weighted blanket, I have slept with little to no disruptions for over a week straight! The weight of the blanket keeps me from tossing and turning as much and I stay asleep or go right back to sleep if I briefly wake up (even when I’m sleeping in the daytime on my working days). The blanket feels very soft and almost like silk. I’m a pretty warm sleeper so I was afraid the blanket’s positive effects would be cancelled out by me waking up drenched in sweat but it’s pleasantly cool and this has not been an issue I’ve encountered at all so far. This blanket has even helped me fall asleep faster for brief naps! I’m pretty amazed with the impact this blanket has had on my sleep in such a small amount of time and love that I have found a better way to get to sleep other than sleep aids. I definitely recommend it!

This blanket is fantastic. I've tried so many other weighted blankets on the market and they have all been too warm, or they've leaked. This blanket doesn't leak at all. The cover is extremely soft and breathable. I don't know what sort of dark magic they put into the glass filling, but this stuff stays cold. I sleep next to an AC unit because I'm so prone to over heating, and if I roll over in the middle of the night the half of the blanket I haven't been under is cool to the touch.It's amazing.The only thing that loses this blanket half a star is that it does require some more reshifting than other blankets I've tried. It's also definitely a little bit more pricey than some other cooling blankets on the market. I would say that unless you need the really hard core cooling ability, you can get more bang for your buck getting the Nirvana bamboo blanket. Those ended up being too warm for me personally, however, so the extra cooling with these makes a huge difference.

I have a love hate relationship with this blanket. I always sleep hot, and I DO NOT wake up in the night drenched due to the weight of this blanket. I have noticed that I am sleeping 10x better, my anxiety and stress decreases immensely when I'm under it, and I'm waking up refreshed and in a better mood.However, I do have one issue with this blanket. Since it doesn't have squares sewn into it like you see with other weighted blankets, the glass beads do clump together so the weight isn't distributed evenly. Mine seem to be in large clumps towards the bottom. I have yet to figure out how to get the beads separated.

Bought this as a Christmas present for husband. Unfortunately when I ordered they let me know it would not be delivered until the 28th. Happily, it came the day after Christmas!! I did lots of research for this blanket and choose this line and style for the added value it had. Most blankets make you purchase a separate duvet cover, this one was included. Loved the fact that we also received pillowcases to match. The fabric is silky smooth, which also helps to be cooling which was another reason I choose this brand. My husband said it is the best present he has received in the 14 years of marriage!

Have been using this for almost 2 years now.I do feel this blanket is a little on the expensive side. But it is an excellent product. The bamboo feels amazing and the blanket sleeps much cooler than I expected. I have used other blankets that slept much hotter. Customer service was great. The cover ripped on my first wash and they immediately replaced it.If you have the extra money, I say go for it. But there are definitely some decent blankets for much cheaper. But, this is definitely a top quality product. Still doing great after 2 years of use.

I bought this blanket to see if it would help me have more restful sleep. I tend to wake up several times a night in spite of good sleep hygiene practices. It has helped! I really love this blanket. It is well made, quality construction and very nice fabric duvet. It does not cause over heating in spite of the weight, but does keep me warm. I do not use any additional top sheet, blankets or bedspread and live in a region that gets quite cold in the winter. It will be interesting to see if I can continue to use this in the summer. I feel like this was money well spent and would recommend it for people who enjoy sleeping under covers or blankets whether you have any insomnia or anxiety issues.

Although I was hesitant to buy this product at first (mainly because it weighs 15 lbs which is pretty heavy), I can now say this blanket is totally worth the investment. It's one of the best blankets I've ever had. I read a lot about weighted blankets and its deep pressure therapy and anxiety-reducing qualities, but I wasn't a full believer until I actually used and slept with the blanket. The bamboo cover is extremely silky, and the warmth on the inside is perfect for winter nights. The glass beads inside which causes the weight is very comforting too. I was initially worried the glass beads would be clunky, but they're so fine I don't even notice them. On top of all of that, the entire blanket is sustainably produced.

My wife wanted this blanket to help her sleep better, but I was skeptical. It turned out the blanket helps both of us stay asleep. It makes a significant improvement. This blanket costs more than many, but is made better. The cover is a bamboo blend, which is perfect for a weighted blanket. I do recommend buying a king size for a queen bed. The blanket is supposed to just cover the top of the bed, but we both tend to steal the cover...
