I bought this primarily to make Sous Vide Egg Bites, as my kids are asking for new egg based recipes often and I had seen recipes I wanted to try in my Instant Pot that required such molds. Also, I've just got a cheesecake pan for the IP too and the trivet that comes with this set has handles that will make removal from the IP easier. This item was a great buy.Here's the first recipe I tried using this item, and they came out great, (the recipe is from www dot myforkinglife dot com.)The whole family loved these. I doubled the recipe and made fourteen egg bites at once, (I cooked slightly longer as I live at high altitude - 10 minutes, with a further 10 minutes natural pressure release):Ingredients:4 large eggs4 pieces bacon (or turkey bacon) cooked and crumbled1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded1/2 cup cottage cheese1/4 cup heavy cream1 tsp hot sauce1/4 cup spinach choppedsalt & pepper to tasteInstructions:Add bacon pieces to bottom of silicone baby food maker in the molds. Set aside.Add eggs, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, heavy cream, hot sauce, and salt & pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth consistency. Stir in chopped spinach.Pour egg mixture into molds, covering bacon. Cover mold with foil paper.Add 1 cup of water to bottom of Instant Pot and place trivet inside. Place mold on top of trivet in Instant Pot.Cover Instant Pot, making sure valve is set to "sealing." Select "Steam" and set timer to 9 minutes. Once the time timer goes off, allow it to natural release for 10 minutes. Then switch your valve to "venting" to do your quick release to remove any remaining pressure.Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.

I had silicone baking cups...they work fine for instant pot Starbucks copycat egg bites. Why would I spend money on something just to make my egg bites round? Waste of money, right? After a few times of using my silicone cups, very quickly the silicone started losing some shape and I was fighting to keep the egg batter in them without tipping over and it would get all over my instant pot and counter. Also, tearing wax paper to put on top of the egg bites was a pain. I finally broke down and bought this product and it has made a world of difference!!! Very sturdy egg cups, silicone tops so you don't have to mess with putting wax paper or foil on top of it, and you can cook twice as many because the double layer is great. The steamer trivet handles are a million times better than trying to to reach the handles to the trivet that came with the instant pot.

We received an InstaPot for Christmas and have been experimenting. If you spray the inside of the cups and put the InstaPot on Steam for 5 minutes you can poach tons of eggs all at once! Perfect for a brunch!

I LOVE getting egg bites from a certain coffee place. But they aren't very kind on the budget. I wanted to make them on my own, but couldn't find the perfect pan, until now! I used this item in my instant pot and I am simply in love with it. In less than 15 mins, I have over a 1/2 dozen egg bites... if you're contemplating buying this item, use this as your sign to take the plunge and buy it!

My daughter recommended egg bite molds to me. I wish she had told me about them sooner! The Pramoo molds come with a rack and I purchased the 2 mold set. They are sturdy and have a silicone storage lid that can also be used (upside down on top of the molds) in the Instant Pot, to catch the water drips. Pramoo also sent a PDF of recipes for these molds, after my order was placed. The is a small family company that is working hard to see that customers are happy with their product. And they definitely have a quality product.

These are PERFECT for making the amazing egg bites that everyone on low-carb/keto is raving about. If that’s what you’re making, be sure not to overfill the molds. 2/3 of the way full at most.They pop out easily, and everything is dishwasher safe! I use these every week when I food prep. The rack makes it easy to set the filled molds into the instant pot and remove the molds after cooking.Definitely get these!

Trivet with longer handles makes things easier to transfer.We use the molds for much more than just the instant pot, kids like to make their own popsicles and I'm not worried about them breaking the container trying to get them out. They also wash nicely.They are a good size for the 6 qt IP, I paid close attention to size because some are much smaller than expected (maybe for the 3qt?)Cover is also silicone versus hard plastic.

I am so happy I bought the accessory for my instant pot. I have a 6 quart Ultra. It fit in there perfectly. It came with recipes which is really nice. I made the Starbucks copycat recipe, because I had all the ingredients and it tasted great. The recipe states to add salt and pepper to taste. I did not really want to taste the raw egg, so I added in 1/8 tsp of both. It may have not been necessary, but tasted great. I also did not grease the mold. This recipe has cheese and bacon, plenty of fat, I did not think they would stick, and they did not, they fell out. I put the mold on a plate and let gravity do its thing. I need to find more recipes now, other than egg bites...

Because ther was no plactic lids only the silicone lids the seller offered me a credit back to compensate for the missing lids which I accepted. The seller responded very quickly when contacted. I have upgraded my review from the original 3 star to 5 star.

I use these for poached eggs and egg bites in my sous vide. The lid seals the eggs water-tight, something that I was a bit nervous about.If you're making egg bites with extra ingredients, make sure to only use medium sized eggs as to not overflow the mold. Make sure to grease up the molds prior to adding eggs and then they just slide right out. Also, it's tough to keep the mold under water if you don't utilize all of the molds, so prepare to make a lot of eggs in one batch.

This was okay. It’s a good size but it has a weird smell and the lids don’t stay on at all. I put it in my instant pot with the lid and when I opened the pot the lid had completely come off and my egg bites had water on them. Will cover with foil next time. Easy to clean but still has the weird smell.

These moulds are great! Exactly what I wanted for my instant pot. I’ve made banana bites and egg bites in them and they are really perfect. I spray them first with oil and they wash very easily. Would buy again!

Do not buy this if you are using with a sous vide.It is not air tight. I usually use jars for egg bites but I thought I would try this contraption. Don't.
