First impression, WOW!Back story - I’m not a strap guy by any means. I like my bracelets. I have small wrists and straps just always seem to bother me. However I had received a watch that I absolutely loved, but it was on strap. For some reason, the company thought it was a great idea to use carbon fiber for a strap material. Looks cool. Sounds cool. Feels like sandpaper. So I needed to get a replacemenet. I decided to try one of these Richte seatbelt natos. Fairly inexpensive and looked nice, I figured what the heck. I needed a new strap, and wanted to try a seatbelt NATO, so why not Kill two birds with one stone. And I have to say I am not disappointed.Feel - You would think a seatbelt nato would feel stiff and uncomfortable, when actually, it’s extremely soft and pliable. The material doesn’t feel rigid at all, like some other standard Nato straps I’ve had in the past. I don’t have other seatbelt nato straps to compare these to, but these are super comfortable. Very easy to wear.Build Quality - They appear to be built very well. They don’t feel flimsy or cheap. The hardware feels solid. Doesn’t feel like it gonna break or bend from use. Which is tough to get something that feels like it’s gonna hold up well, but is comfortable as well. Most straps like that are stiff and have a “break in” period. But these appear solid from the start while being comfortable. And doesn’t seem like a strap that’s gonna fray or fall apart easily. I will say that they are slightly on the thicker side, so if you don’t have any room between your spring bars and the watch case, these may not work. But standard, they should be fine.Appearance - It looks Good! There’s many different color schemes. I opted for the Black/Red with black hardware to match the watchi needed the strap for, and personally I think it looks great. One of my biggest concerns was, Will it actually be 22mm and fit properly, or will it be like the last strap I got from a different company and be slightly small and show a gap between the strap and the Lugs. But these are perfect. No gap at all. It looks awesome!Overall - I’m impressed! They’re comfortable. They look great. They’re designed well. And they fit properly. I really like this NATO type strap and it looks great on my old LL Bean automatic field watch. Although I have only been wearing it for two days, the strap seems to be high quality nylon, the hardware is solid, and it securely holds the watch. Will look to this company again when it is time to get a new one.

I bought the 22-mm Army-green Ritche military ballistic nylon watch strap, for a large Seiko SRPE93 watch. The strap is beautiful and the quality of construction is superb. However, it does not accommodate the Seiko SRPE93 watch. Whoa! Unlike most other NATO watch straps, the Ritchie strap that I received has a 20-mm shorter distance between the second keeper and the third keeper, so the span between them is too short for the watch to fit properly. Was this a Ritche manufacturing defect or is this normal, for Ritche NATO straps?

This watch band has been really great I was busting pins on my conventional watch band constantly getting it snagged up on all sorts of things. The design of this watch band goes underneath the pins for the watch so that when you catch your watch or your watch band on something it will not pop off or bend the pins. It's also very comfortable.

I bought this to replace an old worn out NATO strap for my Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical and I wanted something that would match the black PVD of the watch. This strap uses excellent quality nylon and I really love the black buckles to match the strap. It was a little stiff out the package, but after wearing it for a couple hours, it softened right up. My only small gripe I have about the strap is that it's a little too long. Even with my 7.75" wrist, I still had some slack left over. I understand they make these straps for a variety of wrist sizes, so I won't knock it for that as I ultimately just folded the excess over back onto itself. The best part was the price as it's incredibly inexpensive, especially considering what Hamilton charge for their replacement straps. Overall, if you're looking for a replacement for your existing NATO or are interested in trying one out for the first time, I'd highly recommend this product.

Wear this on my Seiko daily. Easy to clean, easy to use, adjustable NATO style strap. Good quality, and lightweight, waterproof.
