Good value, but...
I bought this to replace a 20-yr old beast of a pack that weighs more than my kid. I paid a very low price for this pack, and after looking it over, and trying it on, I am more than satisfied with the quality. I'd have been satisfied had I paid full price. This will do very nicely for those weekend fly fishing trips to the mountains. It has ample room, and fairly solid construction for something so lightweight. It's not the lightest pack I've seen, but only by ounces... if you're worried about carrying those extra ounces, just pee more often. I wouldn't trek across the arctic with this, but I wasn't planning on doing that again anytime soon anyway.The only reason I'm giving it 4☆ instead of 5 is that I ordered the blue one, and they sent me the black. Nitpicky, I know, but still not what I ordered.
