I'm a long time fan of Charlie. There was some confusion in Amazon when this book came out about whether it was new content or not, so if you've heard unhappy reviews don't pay any attention! This book was a relaunch of the previous book, but Charlie was totally clear and transparent about that. I bought the book this time around, and I'm so glad I did! Charlie's work continues to get better and better

I am reading this book a second time now, I bought the same book with a different cover first. And then now again because I wanted the new cover and the chance to win a 1 hour skype session with Charlie.I love his books, so I will probably buy a 1 hour skype session with him later. I love his clear writing style, where he gives you a lot of great simple exercises that works. And I understand after reading all his books that he really have done a lot of therapy on himself with the Shadow, since that's what he is focusing on (see his TED talk), and it's what helps us in the same journey. I had another lucid dream last night after reading this book again.I have read all his books, and I really love them all. Pick the book you feel like and just start reading, highly recommended! Know that this is the same book as: "Lucid Dreaming: A Beginner's Guide to Becoming Conscious in Your Dreams (Hay House Basics)"I have also taken 2 of his online courses, 1 of them is how to Lucid dream, and the other one is where he takes us through many exercises on how to meet your Shadow and so on.

I've recommended this to half a dozen people by now and I won't stop there! The cover makes it look very sci-fi and "out there," but the content is actually really grounded, easy to follow, and beautiful. I'm sure I'll re-read in the future. And Charlie's such a nice guy! I'd love to attend one of his workshops.I've been practicing for 5 months and now average at about 1 lucid dream a week -- and I largely owe it to this book! My best advice: keep an elaborate dream journal. It takes me a long time to record, but it's worth it. I'd also recommend the app "Lucidity" (it's got some bugs, but the best of all the apps I tried).

I learned a lot from this book and found it very interesting. It includes many procedures to help the reader become a lucid dreamer plus references for further study/discovery. I heard a podcast with the author and was intrigued enough to buy the book. Glad a did.

Charlie Morley is a young guy but fully dedicated to his art. Really loved this book. Inspiration is a key factor in achieving the lucid dream, and Charlie delivers some high art inspiration. Highly recommended.

I've loved this book because I feel that after reading it I'm ready to retake my lucid dreaming with all the basic knowledge I nees to make the most of my lucid dreams and improve my waking reality. I recomend tjis book to any one who wants to learn and practice lucid dreaming.

This is a great introduction to the art of lucid dreaming. It's clear, informative, and most importantly--inspiring.

Literally one of the best lucid dreaming books on the planet, and I have quite a few. I've bought this same book 8 or more times for friends, it's that good. The thing I love about it is that it's incredibly engaging, easy to understand and you can dip into sections as and when you need to. I've had many lucid dreams after reading sections. I've learnt so much from this book. There are so many incredible benefits from lucid dreaming, it's a whole new world. A must-read for anyone embarking on lucid dreaming and for those already well-versed too. Can really recommend Charlie's courses, retreats and online course too. An amazing teacher!

I loved how easy this was to read - I often struggle to read "professional" type of books but this one was really relatable and easy to read, very understandable and written in language that I could easily understand and appreciate.I really liked that it told me how to practise Lucid Dreaming in little steps at a time, it took me through step by step and I really felt that I could do this if I chose to.Absolutely phenomenal book - I can't wait to read Charlie's other books!! Highly recommended.
