This product is terrible. I hope the manufacturer reads this post and decides to offer a more durable metal version. I'm back for more because Krome has made such a terrible piece of equipment that I have to keep buying them.We've had our pitcher rinser installed at our cafe for about 31/2-4 months now; and while the actual product is amazing and makes cleanup a breeze, it is not at all designed for the rigors of a normal coffee shop operation.In the 31/2-4 months that we've had the rinse system installed we've gone through 2 replacement parts and on to number 3.That might not seem like a big deal, but at roughly 2 months of use per piece, that brings a yearly operating cost to upwards of $100.Simply put, that's uncalled for.I know, I'm the idiot that's coming back for more. The fact of the matter is, now we're not willing to go back to the old way of running to the dish sink between lattes.Please, Krome, offer us a durable, dependable metal activator!

Get the metal one. The plastic ones break within a year.

This broke within two months of heavy daily use. There are better options out there. If you don't have a bunch of rough teenage baristas though, your experience might be different.
