Q: So I see from previous questions that this included the fan unit. Mine didn’t. Is that true?

Our unit did not come with fans.

Q: What is the height with the casters?

The casters are pretty low profile and barely lift the enclosure 1/2 inch (they roll good though).

Q: How many shelves are included? How wide are the shelves?

There are no shelves included but standard 19" wide shelves are what is needed.
