I've been buying these for about 3 years and really like them. The price is great and they really help with my edema. The only problem is some of the designs don't stretch long enough for me, at almost 6' tall. They're not as comfortable as the tighter top lands too far below my knee and is a bit too tight there. The solids and the ones like #28 are great. If you're tall, I'd recommend avoiding the argyles (as much as I like argyles normally!) and the ones like #13. In #24, all but the argyle would probably be fine; not 100% sure about the ones with the wide stripes. I bought #19 a couple years ago and all but the argyles were good. Since I wear them to bed, I fold down the tops a little just before bed so the tightest part there isn't the same place 24/7 and my legs aren't itchy at the top of the sock. It also help if you stretch the socks longer before putting them on.Some people talk about these socks being itchy; that surprised me as the material is not itchy at all to me. My legs feel itchy if I leave the socks on too long without adjusting the tops but that's just due to the tightness.I am buying more today and am using the ones that run a bit short on me less and less. Overall, these are great socks and so much less expensive than regular compression socks.

I cannot comment on durability since I've worn 7 of the 8 pairs, but once each. I bought them at my doctor's suggestion since my legs were swelling with retained fluids. The socks have reduced the swelling somewhat, so they are doing what I bought them for.Getting them on and off is more difficult than regular socks but that is to be expected since they are designed to fit tightly.So far they are comfortable.The price is much better than others. Some compression socks sell for as much for one pair as these do for 8 pairs. I haven't tried any of the more expensive ones, but the online reviews for them do not appear to be much different that the reviews for these.All in all, I am satisfied with the purchase. I bought 8 pairs in solid black.UPDATEI have now ordered another 8 pairs, 4 in black and 4 in tan. The tan appear to be identical to the black, except for colour.

This is an "I just got them" review when a "having used them for a time" review would be better.I've tried out one pair for about 1 1/2 hours, with much of that time walking. The toes of the pair were different, with one having much more extra material than the other. When wearing, there was a little bunch at the front of my ankle. The socks were not all that hard to put on, they stayed up well, and I had no concern about poking holes in them when putting them on. The compression seemed light, especially on my feet.They seem to be a good value.

These socks are only light compression, maybe it’s because they are too big for me. I’m petite and these provide very little compression by there is some. The S/M go over my knees. If I fold them down they aren’t miserably uncomfortable. They are thick so hopefully they last. I will use them when I need to be on my feet all day. I’d be much happier with the product if they had a smaller size.

These compression socks arrived on time and are really quite good at alleviating pain and discomfort from enlarged and or varicose veins in the calves. I’ve purchased these socks ongoing for over five years and the quality and compression has been consistent. They hold up well in the washing machine and handle wear through use nicely. It’s a good product.

First of all, I only write reviews on things that I really love or really hate. I LOVE THESE SOX. Before I got them, I was positive they would be useless and I would hate them and send them back. I was so wrong. I am 76 and pretty active. I like to ride my bike, go for walks and go out dancing, but the pain in my legs all but stopped everything. From the first dance, I was in pain. I would push through a few and leave early. These gave me my life back. Now I ride my bike three miles to the park, walk around the park and out on the pier and ride home. And dances, now with the pain gone, I dance the night away. If you have swollen, painful legs give them a try. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner.

I used these on a trip overseas. I ordered an extra large and they were tight and difficult to get on. I swelled up everyday even though I drank a lot of water and did a lot of walking on our tour. However, I must say that most of the swelling in my legs was due to being on a bus everyday. I loved the colors though.

These socks are fashionable comfortable and they actually work. This is my first time actually buying compression socks. I went to Universal Studios and of course I did over 15,000 steps in a day I came home I took a bath and I put the socks on by morning the swelling went down highly recommended
