Chain snapped while removing from card. NOT fit for purpose. Realised too late that the postage was more than the goods cost. A RIP off.

The service was great. It arrived as described. I hadn't noticed if there was a recommended weight restriction for the chain though. I had ordered it for a cloak for my wedding, and the clasp broke as we were processing through the streets. Which was a shame, but as I say, this could be done to me nor reading the small print thoroughly enough.

Shame this is not made of metal and wonder that it won't be robust. Haven't sewn on cardigan yet and hope that the chain will remain fastened

Just what I wanted. It looks really good on cardigans and light weight jackets. I recommend the product and will be ordering more.
