Armor All Headlight Restorer, Car Headlight Cleaning Wipes, 2 Wipes- Packaging may vary, Yellow

I previously bought multiple polishes and sprays and nothing worked. I was nervous to use the packages where you have to sand the light as I didn't trust myself not to ruin my paint or make a mistake and ruin my lights.I found an online review that rated these wipes highly. I was not expecting them to work! However I can't believe how easy this was. After all the money I'd spent I wish I'd found this sooner, so easy to apply and the final results are like new. It shines the dullness and yellow has gone and it saved me buying new headlights as I was unhappy with the old version.The 'before' image was taken after scrubbing polishing and cleaning the headlights as much as possible with multiple products and sprays. It really has added some new life to the car.The first wipe seemed to be quite chemically abrasive and the cloths were almost pooh-brown after wiping the headlights. I just wiped until the cloths dried out and were lifting off clean. After which the lights went quite white and milky, which made me a little nervous. The final wipe brought back the shine and removed the white milkiness. The end result is perfect. I'm very happy. It has been 4 days now, it's rained buckets and the sun has been on it. Everything is still perfect.Highly recommended, I will use them again if I ever need to.

I was sceptical that wipes would make any difference but too lazy/cheap to do the sanding/clear coat method. Very quick and easy to use. Not a perfect job but has improved my 17year old lights. See photos.

In the pack there's two headlight cleaning wipes and one small UV conditioner wipe.The headlight wipes are large, but best kept folded as much as possible in order to stop the active ingredient evaporating. Working quickly it is possible to clean a lot of oxidation, but you will not remove scratches or dull areas of the lens. The UV wipe result are encouraging, as in you'll get what looks like a great 'wet' finish initially, but when it drys you'll see all the years of accumulated wear.My advice is buy this if you are detailing a car for selling, but if you want a better result you should buy a kit that grinds away the scratches and dullness back to new.

For only £8.99 these wipes have done wonders with my headlights. They literally look brand new after months of being cloudy. Tried sanding etc but no luck, amazing product.Only thing I would say is make the final wipe last for both headlights. Great kit.

Read this before you buy!First sachet worked fine, yellow residue left on tissue as expected. All good so far.After application of second sachet, headlights developed cloudy / drip marked appearance, which unfortunately remained on the headlights. I was worried that perhaps I had done the process too late in the day and that the evening air dampness had caused this (before the protector / second sachet had dried). So I bought another kit and repeated early in the day on a dry and warm day, guess what, same problem. Headlights left with cloudy / drip marks in a variety of places.I’ve now polished by hand the headlights and managed to remove this, so the lights are clear, took about 30mins per headlight. I used Mer, don’t know if this will last, but they look good currently.I am generally a fan of Amor All products, and thought that the other negative reviewers must have been wrong, but unfortunately for me they were right. Given all this, I can’t recommend this product.

Would buy again excellent product. Wish I had taken before and after photos.

I can't believe the difference on my X5 E70 the left lense was really yellow and was starting to make the car look tired. Have had someone out to clean them and he was here 45mins and £40 lighter in my pocket and got to be honest it wasn't a patch on these wipes. They are incredible!!!Only wish amazon's photo upload was working to show the results it's worth every penny throughly recommend.

Absolutely no substitute for using an abrasive on oxidised and discoloured headlampsMy headlamps were pretty badly oxidised and very yellow indeedI removed the heavy oxidation and yellowing from my car headlamps using Autosol but then applied the Stage 1 cloth from this Armor All kit which just left a terrible haze over the headlampsSo I went back to Autosol to remove that haze and then applied the Stage 2 cloth from this Armor All kit which is supposed to protect the headlamps from re-oxidising and yellowingI left the product to sit on the headlamps overnight to dry off as instructed and there is now a slight discolouration to the lenses which I will have to, yet again, go over with Autosol to removeIt might sound like this Armor All is a bit of a cure all but it just isn’t; you do need to use some sort of abrasive to remove the oxidation and yellowing from you headlamps. So this is definitely not a magic cureI just cannot recommend this Armor All product and consider it a waste of £9My recommendation would be to use Autosol to remove the oxidation and yellowing from car headlamps. It takes very little elbow grease to cut through years of oxidation even when done by hand as I didAutosol is just £6 a tube and you need very little of it to remove oxidation and yellowing from car headlampsSo personally I would stay clear of this Armor All product and just buy Autosol and a couple of microfibre cloths and do it by hand with very little effort and job done!

Ich glaube die Bilder sprechen mehr als Worte. Super einfache Anwendung und das Ergebnis ist Top. Wie lange die Scheinwerfer Glasklar bleiben wird sich noch zeigen.

Quizás no froté lo suficiente, quizás con una toallita no se puede frotar mucho mas.Si tus faros empiezan a deteriorarse creo que te servirá, si ya están dañados o muy dañados, no. Llega un momento que por mucho que frotes el cristal no se suaviza más y lo que "pide" es que frotes con un grano más duro para arrancar esa zona quemada. Y claro con una toallita, por mucho que aprietes pues es que da sensancion de querer alisar gotele con un folio.Tengo otro coche con faros menos quemados y a lo mejor pruebo otra vez pero no lo tengo claro.En resumen si lo quieres pensando que vas a arreglar los faros hechos polvo de tu coche con 30 minutos de frotar, no te va a funcionar. Aunque mejorará.Si empiezas a tener los faros un poco quemados y quieres echar un ratico frotando 15-30 min, probablemente sí te sirva.

Pues eso el producto funciona bastante bien, además no entiendo porque hay gente poniendo criticas negativas. En el prospecto de el mismo especifica básicamente que no hace milagros, pero si están algo amarillentos te los deja bastante bien y por el precio pues poco más que objetar.Quizás la única carencia que veo es que solo incluye una toallita de protección UV, creo que debería de incluir 2 o una más grande.
