This isn't a fake review. I wore my previous nonstick pans to the point where they were super scratched, everything would stock, and handle even broke off. I was apprehensive in purchasing this since the price seemed too good to be true since I wasn't seeing them in person prior to purchasing them. Needless to say, I really love them, the three useful sizes, thickness, non stick element, and how easy they are to clean. I'm completely satisfied...even if they were produced in China.Note that these aren’t true copper pans. They’re instead coated aluminum. They can scratch through wear so it’s great that the plastic utensils come with it. Even with heavy use on high temps, they’re very easy to clean and don’t allow for food to stick on the surface. I’ve charred (kinda burned) garlic and made made cheese melts...not problems.I will say, which isn’t an issue for me, that they. Enter part kinda include a but upwards like a centimeter, whereby the oil will collect around the outerward diameter of the pans.

I stir-fry vegetables a lot and I hate the food sticking on the pans. I don’t want to get toxic Teflon non-stick coating, so after some research, I bought these aluminum with ceramic non-stick coating frying pans. All three sizes cover most of my cooking needs and the coating looks thick and heavy so it is not easy to be scratched up. I did let it cool down before I washed it and only used wooden spatula to extend the life of the coating. Hope the coatings on those frying pans last long.

Before I write this review I have tried to fry an egg with on oil, you can see it work perfect. The another thing I want to say is the pan is very easy to cleanup. You can use wet paper towel to wipe the pan or put it in dishwasher. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Pros: super easy to cleanCons: the bottoms aren't flat, the food runs to the sides making food cook unevenAlso, the handles are extremely long, probably because there get hot closer to the pan, but because of their length, they're really hard to holdI made crepes in these and the batter runs more towards the outside making the center on the crepes burn and the outsides of them to thick and not cooked enough. It's also really hard to spread the batter in the pan because of how long the handle is and how heavy the pan. I wouldn't recommend them. I wish I had spent the money on a different set. I'm not sure why they rated so well.

Have now had this set for just over 3 months. At first they were working wonderful. The nonstick was great. But unfortunately today I went to the store and bought 2 new pans to replace these. Everything now sticks to the pan....SIGH. we always washed them by hand, never putting them into the dishwasher. Always used non metal/non scratching utensils. Yes, for the first 2 mo this they were great. And yes we used they constantly, more than several times a day. But I feel as I shouldn't need to be replacing them in only 3 months. It just got too frustrating to cook with them anymore.

I just received my order and it is supposed to contain 3 fry pans and the 3 utensils. Well there was only 1 fry pan along with the 3 utensils in the box. The handle one the 1 pan I did receive is all scratched up. Very unhappy with their QA practices. Vendor fixed issue and reshipped a new order very fast. The new order was perfect so I am revising my review. Pans are very good for the money. They work as advertised with no sticking. I like them very much. You can’t go wrong with this vendor.

Have only had these pans for a couple of weeks so not sure how long they will hold up but they seem like the will stand the test of time. Nothing I have found sticks to these pans Wich makes cleaning them very easy to do. Me and my wife like them very much.

WOW....I was skeptical...now I am not. This pan is fantastic! Heats evenly, cool-touch handle, and yes the 'burnt' food slides right out and the pan is effortless to clean with soap and warm water! Recommend it highly.
