I love to have lemon and lime juice in the pantry for cocktails and cooking and finding these larger bottles of lime juice in bulk was a fantastic deal.You taste lime juice with a hint of something that is what makes it shelf stable, but it isn't unpleasant and it doesn't affect how the juice performs in whatever you're making, which makes it a definite win in terms of product. You just taste lime juice in the cocktail or that bright zip in the dish you're making, and that's all I can ask for! Plus, trying to find fresh limes during the winter can be an expensive and frustrating exercise in futility, which makes having a shelf stable and tasty option a great thing to keep on hand.I will definitely order more when I'm close to the end of this dozen.

My family loves lime juice, and this is our go-to when we can't just use fresh limes. As I was looking for it, I found the pricepoint for this was way lower per ounce then any other quantity - in fact it cost the same as half this much, so I decided to go for best value... Well, I've only used 4 of these so far... I have 8 more unopened... I hope I can use it all before it goes bad... should have just got the 6 pack after all.
