SUPER FAST PRINTER! WOW!
I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO PRINT THE FIRST LABEL! I was being a typical man trying to get this to work without asking for help. I finally gave up and called their tech support and I was easily assisted within 10 minutes. Now that the printer works, it is a dream! It spits out barcodes so fast we need to get out of the way! Love this machine!

NO ETHERNET
We ordered (6) of these, and even though it says Ethernet connectivity - there is NONE. Had to return.

Be Careful not to throw away packing material.
So there is a cardboard tube inside the printer that looks like it is just part of the packing materiel. I discarded it along with the box and had to replace it. It is called a 4" Core and is available online, but in my opinion this should have a sticker on it to warn against throwing away, or just made not to look like cardboard.

Not compatible with Mac over network
We bought this printer to create labels for inventory control, but what a pain it is. If you connect it via the ethernet port to your network, you can only print to PCs. In addition, you cannot set an IP address so every time the printer is turned off or the power goes out the IP address changes and you have to do the setup again. We have both Macs and PCs on our network, and you can only print to it from the PCs. To print from a Mac, it HAS to be direct USB connection, which negates the purpose of spending the extra money for the ethernet capable one. It smudges about every 5th label and there seems to be no adjustment for this and if your QR codes are too small, they will always smudge and be illegible to any reader. Overall, very disappointed and wouldn't recommend purchasing.

If you've used this printer before or know what you're doing with it, you'll be fine. Make sure this is the exact one you need or it can be confusing. NOTE: DO NOT get rid of the cardboard core that comes with this printer. You will need it to wind the ink onto. Remember that and you'll be fine!

Only buy Zebra printers from an authorized dealer.
I thought I was purchasing a new Zebra printer, but according to Zebra, the one year warranty expired in August 2021. Meaning, the warranty was started in August 2020 for the original buyer, not me.

Zebra printers are not for the faint of heart. After some aggravation it is working beautifully, and will for a long time.
