I am really surprised why the average review is very poor for this great jacket. I mean it. First, my husband bought and he liked it so much, he bought the same jacket (women version) for me. The great thing about it is it is very light and comfortable. As a precautionary remark, just order one size larger and it fits perfectly. I mostly charge using usb before leaving home and it keeps me very warm and comfy. Great gift so far!

I purchased this item as a gift. I’m returning it because as other shoppers have said, it runs very small. I purchased the extra large to be able to layer for NYC winters. I never got to try the heater, so can’t comment on that. It was shipped and delivered in a timely manner so that’s a star. The jacket quality is another star. Well made and seemingly warm.

I love this jacket. It is so warm with and without the heating turned on. The neck warmer is my favorite part. I am a football mom who hates being cold so this is the perfect jacket to wear as I sit in the Midwest football stands. I also receive compliments on how nice the jacket is. Only draw back is the hood cord broke But the company has been trying to replace for me so I’m happy.

The material and length keeps me nice and toasty on those super cold days. And it’s easy to wipe clean if something spills on it.

Size was to small These coats run small so order 1size up.

Coat is well made and Nicely designed looks like higher quality then price paid but delivered in the wrong size. Bag shoes M coat is a Small and I ordered a large !!

Not good jacket

I ordered this coat once as an extra large, it was extremely small so I returned it. I reordered a 2xl, it came in and was still too small. I'm 5'10 and 180 pds and this coat was super snug, didn't fit my arms at all (about 2-3 inches short), and felt super itchy to wear. It's a great concept to have a heated coat but the sizing and material just didn't work out at all.
