I’m experiencing night sweats, sleepless nights and hot flashes brought on by a surgically induced early menopause at 27. I tried this product because I didn’t want to use the HRT and my doctor was open to my using a homeopathic product.I gave this the full bottle try before writing a review because I realized my body was going through self adjustments to accept these changes. I found that after using the entire bottle I was sleeping so much better and not waking up with the sweats.I just received my 2nd bottle and am so pleased with the results and not having to use pharmaceuticals.

I am having terrible trouble waking up in the middle of the night with hot flashes. I can honestly say that this purchase helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I don’t take it every night, but when I do, it seems to help me get a good night’s sleep.

As a Lunesta user obviously I wanted a more natural way to get to sleep and looked. This product actually works.I’d give it five stars but one third of the pills were crushed and powdered due to I suppose shipping. I’ll try to find locally or just absorb the cost when I reorder.

These almost always work for me. I only take them as needed. 2 tablets are enough to help me fall asleep. This is the second Hyland’s product I’ve used and both are effective! I’m a happy Hyland’s customer!

I have been using the sleep and the energy one... And have been absolutely impressed I have completed menopause (as far as a menstrual cycle) but the hot flashes and night sweats have not gone away yet.. So this product is definitely helping.. Although I don't think anything will Completely take them away.. This product has helped tremendously.. Thank you for developing this formula.. This product does work for sleep, but if you are gluten sensitive. . .beware!Was looking for something to help me stay asleep, which it did, but my usual symptoms for ingesting hidden gluten were immediately noticeable.
