I purchased the large black bag with rose gold writing. It arrived swiftly, didn’t have to wait for delivery and it is of excellent quality. I usually have to use multiple bags to take my makeup with me when I travel but this fits it all in perfectly. I absolutely love this and couldn’t recommend this product enough!

DELIGHTEDI ordered 2 for a friends birthday. I expected something somewhat “cheap” for the price I paid. Not that I wanted something cheap, this was just to be a small add on bit of a gift. BUT I was absolutely blown away when they arrived. The fabric and stitching were really quite sturdy, so should stand the test of time. And I could see that the added name was not going to be coming off any time soon. Delivery was within a couple of days too high gave it an extra star.I’m that pleased that I have order another two and will later in the year, be ordering more in the run up to Christmas.What’s there not to like about a gift like this.

Although this was a reasonably priced item I did not expect it to be as poor quality as it is . It is full of loose stitching , one of the seams is dodgy and it has arrived with stains on it , I will have to throw it in the bin as I definitely can’t give it as a gift as intended . I am very disappointed as I read the other reviews and they sounded positive .

Very good personalised gift. However only 4 stars as I bought 2, one in cream and one in black. The cream one looks a little tacky compared to the black.I understand these are made from recycled materials and you can really tell by the product.Also the zip got caught first use

Very disappointed with the name printed. It looks like it is spelled incorrectly but it’s a dodgy font and uneven spaces in the lettering. Don’t waste your money. I await a refundEDIT: was requested to send photo to the seller. DONE.Reply from seller says I chose Lilly Mae font and that’s how it is supposed to look so they won’t offer an exchange or refund. Keep your money folks and go to a trusted supplier who won’t send you dodgy undesirable items that are unsuitable and then blame the customer. WHO IS THE EXPERT ?? Bag is supposed to say Trina (looks like J rina)

These are really great quality. You can't beat them for the price. Much much better than ones in the shop.The canvas is nice and thick, font and screen print is good and well placed. I hope it lasts being rubbed around.Only star missing was on travelling. I gave 4/5, only because I bought the large and didn't know how large it would be. Certainly for a makeup bag it's great, but for my basic toiletries, my eyes were bigger than my belly on this one. Still 100 percent, recommend!!

The perfect gift for a young teenager!Whilst I did have an issue with the foil on one letter partly coming off, when I contacted seller about this issue, they promptly reissued the order! Great customer service.This would be a great gift for many as despite being reasonable in price the quality is very good!It can easily be added to by filling it or even form part of a wellness hamper to really bulk out a gift to someone.I’d definitely order again.
