Two issues I had and thought more should know. 1st there is no way to hold the collar on after you pick the size you want because there is no way to hold the end down and keep it from unhooking. 2nd, shock level one is far too strong especially if you have a very short haired dog. I tried it on myself and NO WAY......I don't even dare to try level 99! The good is the quality otherwise is great. Its saving grace is the vibration and sound functions. I find the vibration along with verbal correction a great combo for my puppy. I use the sound only for positive and he likes that...when I use it oddly enough he comes running all happy LOLOL

Product said it was waterproof and that was the main reason I purchased this item. My 1year old runs, rolls and swims. The first one just stopped working, it was returned and I barely used the second one. During the night I heard a noise and found the fibration on. No matter what I did it would not turn off until it ran for hours and finally quit. The reason I think it had to do with water is that the flimsy, tiny cover over the charge port would be in place when we started to walk and be loose when we were done. The cover needs to have a cone that plugs into the port, not just a tiny flap.

I wish it would stay charged a little longer. But overall super happy with this item.

Received this collar worked for 3 months stopped working. No way to return or to receive any help on this. Just $40 wasted.
