Quality lid.
This is the only safety helmet I'll wear, purchased one about 10 years ago an just replace it every year with the same brand. As a veteran brickie, I can safely say that no-one on site likes wearin hard hats (apart from the office ponces that turn up from time tae time in their brand new riggers and fluorescent jackets) but if you've got tae, then these are prob'ly the best shape an most comfortable tae wear, aye.
