I don't personally take it - it's for a relative, so I can't really evaluate it.Only problem with the order is that the box was a bit squashed, but the contents were OK. Sturdier packaging would have been better to prevent the box from being squashed.

Dr prescribed this for me but it wasn't covered by my insurance. The pharmacy wanted $13 for 50 pills. I searched Amazon and found the exact same pills @ twice as many for half the price.They do the job of helping with constipation caused by other meds I take. It takes a few days to work through your system but relief is imminent.This is a great value. Order a few bottles like I did. You'll be glad you did.

Take the recommended dosage and wait. These tablets work fine, but give them appropriate time, otherwise you'll overdo things and wind up with cramps.

For this product to work, It took two doses a day. Which is four pills a day, Two in the Morning, And two in the Evening. Yeah, When they say it's gentle, It's too gentle. And that's not eating a diet that is a binding one either! When following the instructions at just two pills a night, there was no effect or relief. At double dose, It then, Just! began too work.So in other words, It was started at one dose a day for a week with no effect. Then double dose the next week.So, I guess the manufacturer would would probably say to me, Well, you don't have a 100 pills in that bottle for nothing! Slow as it goes.Now, on the other hand, Rite Aid as a seller was great!! Great price!!! And prompt delivery!! 5 STARS Rite Aid!!!! After all, The products slow effect is not the SELLERS Fault.
