I never even knew something like this existed until I had to search for something to increase my height on my right root to match the height of a moon boot I had to wear. Don't underestimate the heigyof a moon boot and the impact that has on your back. I started to get siactica and knew it was because I was walking unbalanced. I came across this product and I actually only needed the main inersole in the boots I was wearing. But it was good to have the other two increasers incase a different pair of shoes needed extra. Make a huge difference to my back and saved me from chronic pain for 8 weeks.

The advertised picture is incorrect. The insoles on the advertised picture are not the same I got. The picture shows different insoles which I bought from another seller 6 month ago and they are good quality. The insoles I got are poorer quality. Please see my pictures - the shorter insoles are mine (top) - longer the seller (bottom).

Fantastic for absorbing shock when walking as have knee problem. easy to cut smaller to fit if needed.Quite good to give extra height at a low price. Two extra height increases with it but most shoes will only take one.

These make a huge difference in how tall you look, and it’s been recognised by my family. (The difference) They’re comfortable, the only thing I would say is it makes your feet very hot, especially because now it’s summer. I would also say to use all 3 you need boots or shoes that are higher up near the ankles. Otherwise your foot won’t be able to fit in the shoe and it’s not comfortable. However, it’s definitely value for money, and if your insecure about your height I guarantee it will make a difference :)

These were a bit narrow for my wife feet. Apart from that they did the job. Stuck to just the one insert - tried to add the extra two you risk developing blisters.

once you put all insoles in the shoes your feet don’t fit in the shoes,terribly uncomfortable waste of money in my experience
