NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, Arizona 6th Edition Spiral-bound – January 1, 1820

Got my license! This book was very helpful, however, be advised, it does not contain statutes. I'm in AZ. They have 25 out of 80 questions on statutes for the business side. These were tough for me. Psi exams contained no lie practice tests. Psi & this book were an invaluable combo-save statutes & liens

I passed on the first try using this book and an online prep course. I've taken the business test in 3 other states. I've never failed one yet but I have to say, the AZ test was the most difficult.

Covers material and requirements well. Good high level information for those preparing to take contractors exam or speciality exam. Good information for those starting a contracting business as well.

For the price you would expect something the size of the 29 CFR 1910, but this was about the size of a harlequin romance novel. Not like you have any options here; government regulations booklets are a monopoly and a racket, imo. Taking price out of the review, the book does contain the information needed for taking the new mexico contractors exam. Of course the NM government decides what books you need and then makes themselves the sole source for this one. Nice work if you can get it.
