PERFECT FIT AND EASY TO SCREW ON
So a perfect fit, they are a brass alloy so corrosion resistant and should outlast the steel tanks they are going on. So I use refillable one pound tanks that can legally be transported after refilling and I am interested in protecting the threads on those tanks. The rubber gasket is thick and seems to be supple enough to withstand quite a few on and off cycles. Also speaking of the gasket, it is easy to replace it if needed. Overall I would purchase these again. they are much better than the cheap plastic ones that came with the tanks.

Great quality at a great price
These caps are cast brass with an interior seal ring. I refill my own propane bottles. I like having these caps on the bottles for an added measure of safety if something were to go wrong with the fill valve on the bottle.

A useful product
The product meets my needs for a durable cap for my 1-pound propane cylinders.The brass caps are much more durable than the factory supplied plastic caps that come with the cylinder.The threaded caps are easy to put on and take off, are more secure. They serve to protect the threads and valve assembly that are part of the cylinder. Also, good while storing the cylinders between uses.The only disappointing thing was that one of the rubber seals in one of the caps stuck to the cylinder when I removed it. A minor detail, but it would not cause me to avoid purchasing this product again.Overall, I am pleased with this product and will purchase again should I need more.

Great inexpensive fix for my problem.
These are fine! Sturdy, nicely machined. Good sealing ring. I used them to seal my small propane tanks. Had a couple that were leaking when not installed. They also kept the fitting clean and ready for use.

Well Made and Very Practical
The media could not be loaded. These caps are reasonably priced and are essential for peace of mind. Each cap has a thick rubber seal to ensure that in the event of a tank seal failure the cap will prevent the gas from escaping. The caps also protect the fuel tank threads from being damaged. Installing a thread damaged tank into your device can potentially damage your device threads or even allow an unintended leak.

Better than Expected
These work better than expected, solid Brass and good rubber seals, you don't need to tighten more than snug to seal.I used these after refilling 3 1 lb tanks, saved about $30.00 doing this as new 1 lb tanks are now selling for #10.99 each at CTC. And a 30 lb tank costs me $18.00 to fill at Costco...
