I had an issue with my first order but they sent a replacement.I can say this is a pretty decent controller. For the price it cannot be beat. I use it for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and no issues at all. It is made well but I would not be too rough on it. Controls are great, buttons feel good. The triggers are a little harder than the actual Pro Controller, but do the job.If you’re strapped for cash or just want a secondary for a friend, this works great.Battery life is shorter than I like. I also believe the low battery comes on way too soon before it dies.

I was attracted to the translucent blue when I first saw this. So I decided to give this a shot. At first a had a difficult time syncing it to my switch, then after the first sync it been super easy. I charged the battery for an hour before the run. Battery lasted for over 3 hours which is great to me. I also play a lot of Xbox one. So this controller suited me perfectly. I am very happy with this product and hopefully they come out with something else in the future. I also have other wireless and wired controller for the switch but this is my go to controller. I spent $50 for a branded controller but you have to use 2x AA batteries. $25 Wired controllers are cool but limited to distance. This is legit for the price and the quality is awesome. If they come out with another color like red or clear..I’d definitely buy this item again.

..and it is a massive pain (requiring another controller) to reconnect it to the switch. Pause it and walk away for a minute? The controller goes to sleep. Then it's time to perform the ritual to reconnect it to the switch. Other than that, it works fine and feels comfortable in my hands. I don't use it any more.**UPDATEI gave this controller another chance the other day and I was a little hasty with my initial review. It works quite well. As long as I have another control at the ready, syncing it is not all that difficult. I do recommend this controller.

This controller is damn near impossible to get to connect to my switch, wirelessly or wired, both ways very difficult to connect. On top of that you can't connect the Mii's to it, so I would suggest just spend $20-30 more for the original pro controllers and save the headaches.

My son loves this! He uses it with his Nintendo Switch all the time. Great price!

When I push the left stick completely to the end, the controller stops recognizing it. The controller worked perfect for the first month then it stated to malfunction. Send the seller and email but they never replied.
