It wasn’t a problem for me but I did email the company and everything was handled more than I expected. Customer service exceeded my expectations and I think that’s even more important than the product itself so there’s that. The product does exactly as it says. I have it fitting to 4, 10lb weight plates & it’s perfect. Moves all the way around, up and down with zero issues. Connects as its supposed to. Love the product! I got this as opposed to one’s you attach to the wall/floor because that’s just not an option for me. I feel having something I can move around, take with me etc is just a better option, esp for a home gym in an apt. Less damage the better.
