These are the best I've found so far!
They are smooth and actually act like watercolor. I ordered these for a gift but I liked them so much I had to buy more for myself!

The watercolor pencils are wonderful, particularly e yo me as I am a Colored Pencil
I love the colors and the effect of the pencils. I use them in conjunction with colored pencils for my art. They are a great addition to my collection.

IMO good pack for those wanting to try out water color pencils.
I like trying new art materials, but when you’re browsing google or wherever looking at examples of art made with different mediums it’s not always super easy to know from there which brand of whatever the item is you should buy to try out as there’s a lot of options & you also don’t know how you’ll like it. I went with the Fabre castle brand because they seem to be fairly reputable with their products & there was a good amount of colors in the pack for a reasonable price. They draw pretty smoothly (say compared to crayola pencils, which I do still love) , have a triangular shape (good idea for grip) and I was pleasantly surprised with how they look once you go over them with a wet brush. I’d recommend these for anyone like myself wanting to try out/learn water pencils but don’t want to initially spend a king’s ransom on a pack.🎨🖌️✨🌈

Suitable for kids with no future as artists
This is review of the product, not the seller (though I mention them), not the sipping company (though how the product is shipped, affects its usability).Needed watercolor pencils quick for my aquarelle project and these were available for next day shipping. So I bought them. The box came damaged. Looked like it was smashed, thrown, dropped. What happens to the pencils, when they are handled like that? They become very brittle and do not hold. I definitely don't want to start using them, because as soon, as I will need to sharpen them, the inside part will crumble in the sharpener. (Seller should've made the box more secure, knowing, how Amazon handles the merchandise). But I did open the box and tried a few of them (just to see the quality, if they are worth keeping). Pencils are soft, easy to put on paper. Water moves the pigment very well. BUT!!!! If you let it dry before you've dove everything you wanted with that color - you can't lift it, can't move it, can't do anything! There is no way you will learn to work with watercolors, using these pencils. If you want your kids (or yourself) to have a future as an artist, use watercolors!
