Great product

It's hard to find black walnuts in most grocery stores these days, and since they're a must in our family, we turned to Amazon. After reading some unfavorable reviews, we were hesitant, but there were enough favorable ones that we went for it and are glad we did. The walnuts received yesterday are fresh and have a wonderful flavor. Very pleased!

the black walnuts were stale ... expiration date was said to be Jan 2026 ... no way they would stay fresh that long ... they weren't even properly sealed to thwart getting stale. (I have 4 black walnut trees, and usually shell themmyself but I was tardy in gathering the fresh nuts before the squirrels took most of them for their winter feed.plz provide a return authorization
