This book is soooooo funny: the bit where they all burst into a rendition of YMCA made me laugh out loud. Elliot’s Mum is no better but the way her son and the Gods care for her is as touching as the rest of the book is hilarious. Nothing “sub-optimal“ about this book. #ifyouknowyouknow

Completely love this hilarious series. I borrowed the first one from a friend and ended up buying the remaining 3 instantly and read them all within a weekend. Ideal for Year 5 class doing the Greeks - a great balance of humour and actual history of Greek mythology.

My son read the first book and enjoyed it so much I had to buy the rest of the series. He asked for these as a birthday present instead of a PS game.

Fantastic story, humorous, good pace thoroughly enjoyable.
