This is full of flavour, it's sweet and a little bit sour at the same time. Liqueurs such as this one are perfect on its own, but even better in a cocktail with champagne or sparkling wine to add a bit of heavy colour that sinks to the bottom of the glass if you don't mix it in and leaves a sweet finish at the end
