My package was lost in shipping due to tracking issue. I contacted seller several time but only received a automated response back. Their response was the exact same letter explaining my options. Well anyway without a letter telling me their actions they would take, they sent me a new package with in a week. I am super happy with this company.And with the quality of of my tail!! It is a long tail! 😃

I am only 5'5 and had to wear the tail at my chest so it wouldn't drag on the floor (this was preferable to other small tails offered).The tail was plush and fluffy when it arrived. I was very happy with my purchase.

I I liked it I was the Cowardly Lion if you let it dangle it will drag on the floor about 3 in so I pinned it up and around me with safety pins and I'm not sure where I'm about 5 foot 6 in

Very long tail, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm 5'6, high waisted, I wore it around my waist and it was just about to the ground. It isn't scruffy or cheap looking. I'll have it for many years to come.

The tail was big enough and I felt like it was realistic enough to make my costume perfect.

Part of my costume for the San Francisco Bay to Breakers and it held up well. People assumed it was Velcro and would try to pull it off, but the little belt held well against all the tugging. It is long, I’m 6ft and even at my waist, it dragged on the ground, but perfect for what I needed it for.

This tail is comfy and looks good. I gave it 1 star for durability because when my friend tackled me during ice golf it ripped off. When I started the day as a lion, I went out feeling like Eeyore.
