Great iron supplement!
I start taking this for about 4 days leading up to the start of my period, and then 2 days after my period starts. It has helped so much! I no longer have heavy fatigue during my period. Energy levels are way better! The taste isn't too bad, and it is easy to swallow.

I am not sure how I am supposed to rate absorbency but the solution had a good flavor (subjective to me) and was easy to follow. The two gals bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap and sturdy box. The shipment arrived on time. Would buy again!
