Pros: they seem well made, work well for all kinds of exercises, and the bag they come with is handy.Cons: they come individually wrapped in a ridiculous amount of plastic, and the resistance is on the weaker end. I’m not strong, and was expecting to have to work up the grades as I got stronger, but I’m already on the one down from the highest resistance. My partner ordered a different band set and is only up to the second grade.

These bands are good for quite a lot of exercises. They're handy to carry around. I tend to use the blue and red ones most. The black is a bit too difficult to stretch and the yellow and green too easy.

Excellent and useful. Took a little longer than anticipated to arrive but other than that they do exactly what it says on the tin

I don't agree with most of the complaints about these. It is true that they could have packed them without quite so much plastic, but it is not a great deal nor is it awkward to unpack. It is also true that you need to look online to get ideas for exercises but that is normal for this type of kit. Anyone serious about creating an exercise programme will look online as it is easy to do and gives a lot more options than one leaflet is likely to do.I do have two issues. The first, common to all exercise bands, is that the range movement is limited and that means you can't actually do that much with it. You can do much better with the type that comes with handles and a doorstop (and of course dumbells is a better option still if you are serious). The second is that these bands tend to split after a year or so of use, especially if there are any small manufacturing blemishes. I only find the thickest two useful and one of those in my set has a blemish which I am certain will in time split the band.
