I ordered WP536 battery directly from Amazon. Received it within a week..

Our is not charging. Is it the charger it the battery? The vacuum is only a few months old.

I don't know how you can tell if it is the battery or the charger. We have had 2 batteries with our vacuum since February, and have had no trouble with charging. I would contact Amazon and the seller.
