I absolutely love this doll! Everything is exactly as described. Although it's not a "real" BJD doll, I'm more than satisfied with this purchase the moment I opened the box. First of all, the doll was well-packaged in a nice, thick box, wrapped carefully in some pink semi-spongy silky material, which goes well with the colors, and some bubble wrap; there are no pesky restraints, like rubber and plastic, to cut through, which is a plus, allowing for careful storage. The quality of the doll itself well exceeds the price paid for it, and it looks a LOT better in person than it does in all of the pictures. It's pretty solid, too; it's definitely not made of rubber, so the face doesn't cave in when you press down on it like with a Barbie doll, nor is the head detachable as far as I can tell. Without the "horns," it measures 18 inches in height, which makes this the biggest doll I have, but it's otherwise thin enough to not take up space and light in weight, so I'm not complaining. However, the hair is rooted so the head doesn't open, which doesn't allow room for personalization like with the hair or eyes (the latter of which I thought dark red would look better and more exotic, but got over it), but the doll looks so good, that isn't even necessary.What really made me want to purchase this doll is its ethereal design; it looks like some sort of nymph or water fairy you read about in fairytales or myths. The doll's 's hair is in a simple style, but it's thick and silky smooth, and has aquamarine lowlights mixed into it, which mixes with the colors of the outfit perfectly. The porcelain skin is smooth and the face is absolutely perfect, the dark brown eyes are nice and glossy and detailed similar to a real eye, which doesn't show in the pictures, and set under very long lashes, while the makeup is nice and delicate; a light pink petal shape is painted on the bottom of its left eye. The outfit is very nice and made up of some thin but high-quality material, and is layered with an outer white robe on top and a nice aquamarine dress on top of a two-piece mermaid-theme outfit underneath; all can be removable. The "horns" on top are actually separate hair clips -very nicely made and puts the finishing touch on the whole mythological vibe -that come in both left and right pieces, and can be easily detached or reattached any time, and stay on quite sturdily. The doll comes with an accessory that was wrapped around its right ankle, but I moved it and turned it into a necklace; it's very nicely crafted, with colorful beads, including one in the shape of a pink seashell with a pearl inside that goes well with the sea theme. Shoes are not included, but the doll is not awkwardly flat-footed, and the toes are painted a nice aquamarine color. There is a small pink jewel in place of a bellybutton.Lots of flexible ball-joints allow for multiple different positions. Also comes with another pair of hands, which can be changed to look like it's holding something.However, the product does not come with a stand, which is a shame because the doll is too nice to not put on display but it can't stand up on its own -the bad thing about ball joints that work too well -nor can it be displayed in the box, since, while nice and sturdy, it doesn't have a clear "screen," so a stand or display case has to be purchased separately. Other than that minor issue, this is one of the nicest and best quality dolls I have seen so far, and well worth it Would make a good gift, both as a toy for children as well as collectors' item for adults.

This is an absolutely gorgeous doll, looked exactly like in the pictures, except it is much more beautiful in person. Very good quality. the doll has a decent weight, so it can be posed in a seated position on it's own, but you will need a doll stand to position it standing. The doll is a mythical water nymph. The one thing that does not show up in the pictures is that the hair is a wonderful combination of silvery white with teal on the underside, so it looks just amazing. The hair is beautifully styled and very long. The face is lovely with large, dark luminous eyes. The costume is beautiful and very detailed. the underskirt is in deep teal, and shaped like a split skirt in form of a mermaid tail with feathering at the bottom. The overskirt is in a "water lily" pattern, in shades of mixed teals, with widely spaced pink water lilies. The over robe is gauzy white, lined with lace and embroidered with pink flowers on the collar. The "antlers" on the head are clips on the hair, and are shaped and colored to look like carved jade in shades of green and ivory. They are beautiful, accent the doll perfectly and look exotic and lovely. The body is well jointed and can hold a pose, it is not "floppy". It comes with an extra pair of hands in different positions. A gorgeous doll, great quality and very reasonably priced. Most dolls of this quality would be priced at $200 to $300.

This is the most beautiful doll I have ever seen. She is so well detailed and the quality is outstanding- the dress, head accessories, necklace, hair, eyes- literally everything about this doll is incredible. She is like a goddess!! I absolutely love her. This doll is obviously not for a child, she is not meant to be played with but to be taken care of. The price is definitely worth it for how she is. She is very tall than your average barbie, but it only makes her more unique. Articulation is also good! Her head can turn, her ankles, knees, legs, arms, elbows, wrists, and even her waist! I recommend adding her to anyone's collection!

The doll is very pretty I wish she had soft leather elf like boots, and I wish she came with a display stand . Also I wish this doll maker made a male doll that would compliment this beautiful female doll.

Love her she's perfect. The hair is really nicely rooted, and the eyelashes. The clothing is really nice quality, and the attention to detail is very much appreciated.

The face shape and hair are very good. Her eyes are crossed, which is mildly annoying. The Ucanaan jointed doll bodies are better but the face on this doll is much better than Ucanaan. The removable hands and extra set are very helpful when dressing. The details on the foot under side are surprisingly well done. Outside of being cross-eyed, a very nice addition for the collection.

She is absolutely gorgeous. She is a well made doll. Her clothes are stunningly beautiful. I would definitely recommend her to doll collectors.

The media could not be loaded. The only thing I didn’t like about her is how tall she is’ it is hard to play with her when she is tall. The price is good for how detailed she is.she is definitely made for collectors and if your children are gentle then they are good for them. So I give her 5 stars’ she is perfect! 😍
