PellonWZ-45, Natural Wrap-N-Zap Cotton Quilt Batting, 45 by 36-Inch, 1 Pack

I have been using it to make bowl cozies and they were a bit. Exactly what I wanted. I didn't see any issues. The thickness kind of varies slightly (some parts more or less thick by maybe a cm). Softness is what you would also expect. Not sure if washability yet - but I did not prewash because a lot of folks told me it would disintegrate after taking it out. I'm personally not worried about pilling. Easy to use, easy to cut and sew. Doesn't fall apart and leave a huge mess. Size, I did not check, but seemed correct.

I've made pot holders, a bowl cozy and a placemat type hot pad with this Wrap-N-Zap. It sews easily and works great in my finished product for hot items. I will reorder.

I was given a bowl cozy for Christmas & fell in love with it. This is what she used to make the one she gave me. It helps keep the food warm & its easier to get the hot bowl out of the microwave. I purchased this to make some cozies so I could give them as Christmas gifts. Easy to work with. Easy to cut, its just the right thickness & easy to sew with the sewing machine. Reasonably priced.

Great price and product.

Very thick, all cotton for microwave-safe bowl holders, potato bags. Really insulates well. I machine wash and dry these along with dish towels. This batting has no scrim, so it does need some quilting to survive multiple washings, and it shrinks, so consider that in your sizing, and maybe wash a finished sample before cutting out a whole bunch of projects, in case they need to be enlarged a little.

I use this for potato bags. The package recommends that it be pre-washed because of considerable shrinking. It's a challenge to do that so it doesn't end up a little lumpy. I figured out a way to wash and dry it so it's smooth and I can get 6 potato bags out of the yard. I find that it's too thick for bowl cozies that require 2 layers of batting.

Good quality

I have always loved working with the pellon brand wrap and zap is important to use in making of products used in Microwave. It is easy to use, has great thickness, and soft. Has great quality and very functional in production.
