Although the aesthetic design is basic in comparison to other lightsabers that are 1.5 to 2 times this price point, this is the best by far at $75. It is bright - and I mean BRIGHT - enough so to light the walk home after a Halloween party in the absence of street lamps. It makes 2 different types of sounds with the double-tap of the power button and is easily audible, even with a lot of background noise. It was a huge hit at the Halloween party we attended - everyone went crazy for it when I lit it up on the dance floor, swinging it over my head and fist pumping! Not only was it as if I was conducting the crowd dancing, but people moved out of my way to let through as I made my way to the bar! EPIC!!!

Really, you can trust a purchase from this seller. It really is cool, and even cooler that my son used his own cash so I didn't have to foot the bill. This thing can take the occasional accidental bopping and dropping, but we've been especially careful not to abuse it. Great durability. Charge holds well, charges fine in four hours as promised. We have charged three times in a month, but not in constant use. Sounds and effects are all as promised. As long as it holds up for the long haul, this is a great item and definitely good seller!

If you're looking to get into lightsabers but don't want to drop $300+ on one of the name brands like SaberForge, Ultrasabers, or Galaxy's Edge, or want to give a gift to someone who is interested in lightsabers, this is the saber for you. It's got the sound, its got the retractable blade, and it is way cheaper than other ones.You do get what you pay for though. It is a cheaper version, so the sound quality is lower, the blade is easier to break, and the retractable LEDs up the blade aren't very smooth. The handle is high quality aluminum and won't scratch easily. However, I do not recommend that you take this saber to a duel as it probably won't come out in the end. It isn't difficult to fix if you know how to solder though.

I bought this for a Cosplay and thought I might join the sabre region someday. The glow looks really cool and the sounds are louder than I thought they would be. This one came with a charger for the rechargeable battery in it. I did charged mine for a full twenty four hours before using it even though it came with a charge. I have not dueled with it so I cant comment on while it work against another lightsaber.

I love everything about it except the dual sound and blaster deflect sound. It doesn’t match up with the strokes your doing. All in all, a pretty good lightsaber.

If you are a Star Wars fan, this Light Saber will be the perfect addition to your collection. Have a nerd that needs a gift, buy this. Got my husband this for Christmas and he still plays with it more than he plays with himself.

I love these sabers and this was my third one. I now have five but when I went to turn this one on the hilt was hot and it wouldn’t turn on. I am really sad about this because it was probably my favorite out of all of my sabers. I have now idea how to get it fixed or replaced and it saddens me that I only got to enjoy it briefly. I literally turned it on when I first got it and then placed it on my wall mount and the next time I went to turn it on it was completely dead. It won’t charge and it gets hot to the touch.
