The Nano Distillery: The Future of Distilling

I've always wanted to move back to my home town and start a business and retire. I've looked at many opportunities and starting a distillery might be a real possibility. With a distillery your not confined to the local market but can sell your products all over the state. This book provides the information you need to start down the road to a exciting new opportunity

This is not a complete handbook for distillery operations. If you are looking for something like that, this book will not be what your looking for. It reads more like a collection of articles from the publishers magazine or website (ADI - American Distiller Institute (note i'm not a member)) and that isn't a bad thing.This book covers a little bit of everything, from legal and regulatory issues to actual distilling of different spirits. There is a section profiling a number of nano sized operations. While far from comprehensive on any particular subject it gives you ideas on things to research more. My copy must have at least two dozen tags on various pages.The book clearly shows and proves that a nano distillery can be started up and be successful. The example of the authors failure of his nano distillery was very informative but I wish it had been a bit more in depth.

In my quest to get started I've had many hurdles and setbacks. At times I've even questioned my sanity!!! This book came out during my last few miles of "my" nano distillery marathon and really infused me with the optimism I needed to push forward. It was such a great read and compiled a vast lists of other nano distilleries that I've already leaned on for tips and tricks. I praise the author and wish anyone starting out in the NANO space, all the best!!!! I also highly recommend they buy this book. Cheers!!!!!!
