Love this oil and I don’t just use it after a hard session at the gym. It has a subtle woody smell that my partner likes as much as any quality aftershave. It makes your skin feel soft and supple and is especially good in the winter as it helps keep you warmer (I find I need one less layer of clothes).Be aware that as an oil it is not completely absorbed and will require a towel to remove excess (like the oil from a professional massage) and I wear old clothes for the first couple of hours after applying (just in case), but the feel and lovely smell lasts for several days (even after showering) and is well worth the effort. Best of all, a little goes a long way, I have only used 2/3 of a bottle in 6 months, but I do go for a sports massage regularly. The pump dispenser works well and provides a starting handful with two or three pumps or a top up with one pump.I find This oil is best used after a shower when skin is clean and moist to get best coverage and to keep the woody smell longer.I highly recommend this sport body oil.

I very much like the aroma of this body oil, it penetrates the skin beautifully and lovely to use. Although I have not yet felt the results I was hoping for, it does feel like the muscles are more relaxed. I have pains in my shoulders, neck and upper arms, so I still need to use this oil more regularly and for a longer period of time to see any results. I like this oil because the aroma is very mild and pleasant.

This is a great sport massage oil. The oil feels great on the skin and the Arnica helps relieve any tenderness from a deep tissue massage. The very subtle cedar-wood fragrance is very pleasing and relaxing. I highly recommend this oil and will re-order.
