i would like to change the ringtone
i would like to change the ringtone, and i and my friends have tried but cannot do it , i dislike the ringtone it has, it is just a loud ring noise, where do i change it...it is the only phone i have had that i cannot change it.... thanks.

No 3 pin charger head?
We didn't get a 3 pin charger head, wasn't sure why it was missing. But otherwise the phone was perfect for my retired Dad.

Good style, poor performance.
Great as a phone, that's it. Good buttons easy to dial up. Menus difficult to work out, mp3 player only adequate , no instructions that tell you only *.mp3 files will play on this device. The camera is rubbish. Only a 'quick start' guide included, and no more instructions on BLU website either to help.

Very poor sound quality
For a phone branded as "music phone" the sound quality is awful. I gave to my dad for simple and basic use and bought a Nokia whose sound quality is way better.

Glad I ignored the poor reviews,Excellent phone,The big screen is ideal,Menu the same as most others,nice and simple,Cannot comment on the mp3 player because I don,t use it

Battery issues
I purchased this for an elderly relative, and it seemed to fit the bill. Good size and straightforward to use. Lasted less than a week before it died. Evidence of the battery shorting out, with some discharge marks around the battery terminals.
