The complaints about damaged products arriving don’t surprise me because the box was very flimsy, but mine were intact and I love the soap. I have to scrub multiple times a day and wash around a PF catheter due to recently starting dialysis, and my hands haven't felt dried out or irritated in the month I have been using it. I even use it in the shower. The smell might be Aloe (which doesn’t have a highly distinct smell to me). It isn’t floral, and isn’t really chemically smelling. It smells like something you would expect in a doctor’s office. Not harsh or strong like a surgical scrub, but distinct in its own. My wife likes it, and she is sensitive to smells and doesn’t care fore perfumes or most strong scents. I am grateful I bought a case and as long as it stays reasonably priced, I will probably be a lifetime customer.

When I visit doctor’s office I see this bottle and that prompted me to use medical grade soap and not other cosmetic stuff sold in stores . Have been using for last 2 years . Gentle on the skin and supposed to have all the ingredients for anti bacterial soap to do the job it is needed for . No issues whatsoever and highly recommend .

Bought this as I just had surgery and wanted to keep the area around the wound as clean as possible. Then when the stitches were removed I used this the clean the wound. In the past, I have developed infections with surgical incisions. I have not developed an infection and all incisions have healed in record time.
