It’s very loud Especially under a load at around 4000 W
Very cool very easy to assemble except come to find out the engine did not have any oil in it and no oil or final was supplied made it very inconvenient from many other generator and I have purchased.

Customer Service does not exist.
A-i Power must be a pump and dump. Run from this. Looks good but a look a little closer shows a CA address and phone, but the number is a recorded message and no customer service. Not a human to speak with. Leaving a message is not possible. They politely disconnect you on the way to the bank. Just try A-iPowers number 855-888-3598 before you buy. wish I had.
