Cheap & confusing
Terrible instructions (so confusing) and doesn’t come with a plug in block. Looked like some pieces broke off on the way.

Dont buy this product.
This is a piece of crap. Its not even a diffuser but a humidifier. That is how the box is labeled. Junk, the directions dont even make sense.

Pretty good
For the price, you really can't complain. It does have its issues such as not being able to fill it up to the top due to water leaking, but once you figure that out and you avoid filling it too much it works well. It did stop putting out Vapor randomly almost like it was clogged but there was nothing for it to be clogged with because it was just water and essential oil. After I shook it a little bit it started working again.

Overall it's ok
The instructions were confusing and not translated well. I tried several times of turning on, checking and rereading instructions but it wouldn't diffuse. My husband noticed there seemed to be a cover blocking it--after tinkering with it, he was able to get it to work. Not sure how long it will last, but for now it's going well. It does leave a white film on the table where it sits. It's easy to wipe off, but a little annoying.

Do not waste your money!
This item is junk. Smaller than expected and made of cheap plastic. The plug does not fit properly and the product stops working until you adjust the plug. Contacted seller who is requesting multiple photos, very poor customer service! Save your money for a higher quality product!Update 2-11-19 Seller refused to issue a return label so I filed a claim with Amazon.

Very small.
So the item is very tiny, not much run time on it. It does not diffuse the smell of the oils very well either. It’s very cute and easy to use but I would not buy again.

Junk
Cord is USB and about 18 inches long, no plug. Lights wouldn't stay on unless you monkey with the connection. Clear plastic snapped off base with minimal effort. There's a reason there are so many negative reviews of this piece of junk.

Useless
Save your money and buy elsewhere. This "diffuser" needs cotton inserts in order to work and they must be changed regularly. This would create mold quickly. I do not believe this could actually be used as a essential oil diffuser at all. Save your money and don't buy this.
