Fluid Tactical - Electrolyte Powder Packets, Accelerate Re-Hydration, Low Sugar, Electrolyte Drink Mix, Prevent Dehydration, Eliminate Cramps

I use this twice a day, one packet at work for a pick me up when I get sluggish during the midday heat, and one packet before my run. What I like most is the taste, light and refreshing, and that with a few shakes in the blender bottle it is pretty soluble. Different than most other hydration things i've tried like gatorade/powerade or mio because it doesn't have that syrup-like element to it, rather it is light and crisp and I can gulp it down easily. I notice after drinking it that I just don't feel fatigued or sluggish in the summer heat.

I was working my butt off in the yard and normally I get really dehydrated. I drink alot of water and it helps but I still feel dehydrated. This works great. Took that dehydrated feeling away. To me and my wife it tastes like sweet tarts. Also no chemical after taste (everybody taste buds are different). Will be ordering more in the future.

After working out, after running, after anything that depletes your body this is great! Tastes really good to boot!

I have high blood pressure and used one pkg per day for 3 days and noticed my heart races. I drank at dinner time to ease leg cramps in the night. It worked for leg cramps but couldn’t tolerate the high sodium.

Not sure if I got a bad batch or if the formula has changed over the last several months, but until recently I had been a huge fan of the orange flavor. Until recently it tasted like an orange creamsicle without any bitterness common in these water tabs. The powder used to be super fine and would quickly dissolve. Now the granules are thicker and difficult to dissolve - unless you have a straw, the flavor sits at the bottom of the cup. The flavor went from creamsicle sweet to orange sour/bitter. Just gross. Not sure why someone would want to change what was once awesome, but I cracked open two packets to make sure one wasn’t a dud and they were both gross. Threw out the rest. I can’t bring myself to ingest it.

I purchased these because I couldn’t find my regular brand and the taste is horrible and the first ingredient is cane sugar! Don’t believe the write up that it is only 30 calories — no way if so many ingredients are sugar and sugar derivatives. Going back to my original brand. Flavors are weak and very tasteless.

This has worked great to keep me hydrated when I'm sick and the flavor is not bad at all. I got the orange.

Idiotic use of “tactical” aside, these do the job but taste absolutely awful. Given their function, I’m not expecting a taste sensation but they also shouldn’t taste like chemicals and plastic, either. Other brands do it better. I bought this brand to save a few bucks over DripDrop. Turned out to be a bad decision.
