Works great, I have super low blood pressure, 90/50, and when I take these regularly, I'm not longer dizzy when I stand up

As a former personal trainer, I exercise a lot both at the gym and house. My body got dehydrated so easily until I found this product. Not only does it help to stay hydrated during my routine exercises, but it also helps me reduce my leg cramps and soreness in most of my body after the exercises. The good thing also is that this product does not contain any sugar and/or artificial flavors, which is a good sign for me to consume. The electrolyte salt ingredients inside the pills really work and useful for my body. If you need this kind of supplement too, it is recommended and I hope it's useful for your body too.

So far so good! I use them playing golf to stop cramping on hot humid days. So far, no cramping!

I always have a hard time drinking my electrolytes; this makes it so much easier to keep my electrolytes up. I have tried multiple things, and this is by far my favorite. Taking one pill and drinking a full glass of water is a lot easier than drinking a glass of flavored, salty, powdered mix. Will buy again.

I was having excessive body cramps. I prefer not to have the sweetened drinks.

I purchased this because I was going on a camping road trip and was extremely anxious that my POTS/dysautonomia symptoms would be out of control. My symptoms are exacerbated by heat and upright activity, and heading south into Central California, I was sure that I would be sick the whole time. Using these capsules with other health aids (constant electrolyte drinks, other extra fluids, compression stockings, and activity moderation) enabled me to enjoy myself on a vacation for the first time in years despite my health condition. I took the maximum pills on the busiest days, and I was still sitting up at dinner time, and sometimes helping a bit too. Mild activity (just standing up, actually) in the heat can make me bed-ridden for days, so I was so happy to be able to enjoy the trip. I still wasn't hiking or able to take walks, but I wasn't sick in bed either. I've used the capsules all month, and now that I've run out, I can feel the difference and am anxious to start using them again. I'm just not able to get enough salt in my diet alone. These provide enough extra salt and electrolytes to tamper my POTS symptoms.

I’ve used these a couple times during 5Ks, and I have noticed a positive affect on my performance. However, I tend to get cramps after I take these and during the middle of my races, but then they go away. I gave these 3 stars because of the amount of pain they caused me a few times.

Used it for one ride. I was plenty hydrated but got cramps despite using some of the pills. Not sure if the dosage was correct….
