Wildside: The Enchanted Life of Hunters and Gatherers

Photos are beautiful but the writing is stilted and just poor. Waste of my money.

Not what I expected for the price. Stories are short and not insightful. Some photography is beautiful, but lots of it has a dark (spooky) temperament. Read it, and will resell it as it is not a keeper.

This was a gift for a friend and he loved the book

zuerst habe ich überlegt ob ich dieses Buch bestelle oder nicht. Jetzt bin ich begeistert...es erzählt Geschichten aus allen Bereichen des Outdoorlebens und untermalt diese mit fantastischen Bildern.Diese lassen den Leser eintauchen in die jeweiligen Projekte der Personen um die es geht, und am Ende will man nichts anderes als genau diese tollen Orte finden und die Abenteuer erleben. Wenn man sie nicht findet...dann träumt man halt wenigstens davon.Beste Wertung trotz des hohen Preises weil es sich wirklich lohnt und man viel fürs Geld bekommt.
