Fits great on my Galaxy tablet
Been using it for my tablet for a few months now. Protected my tablet in my carry-on on my last trip overseas. Easier than taking a laptop.

Great Product
Just got an e-mail through Amazon from Fintie for me to review this after I purchased it.I mostly use this for the keyboard. I got a nice little Domiso zippered sleeve at the same time, with a separate pocket and a little handle, and it is perfect for carrying my tab around. I thought the tab would fit into the Domiso inside the Fintie, because the sleeve is not specific to my tab and is documented as accommodating somewhat larger ones. With the keyboard and the tab in it, the Fintie is over twice as thick as the tab itself (I did not measure it). I might be able to force it into the Domiso sleeve, but I don't want to stretch it, and it really doesn't look like it fits. So basically, I don't usually have the tab in the Fintie. I usually take the Fintie in my briefcase separate from the tab in the Domiso, and when I am out and about at work (which is most of the time), I am just carrying the Domiso with the tab. When I have a lot to type, I go back to my briefcase, and lay the tab onto the Fintie, and type. Using the Fintie like this defeats its main purpose, which is protecting the tab from being dropped when it is in use, but I just don't see a way around that. I like the little Domiso, it is just perfect, a lot of the time I am walking between buildings so I want some protection from rain, I am often carrying my coffee in the same hand if you know what I mean, and so on.The keyboard on the Fintie is much better than the tab keyboard for me; I am a pretty good touch typist. It is not as good as the big computer keyboard I am typing this on right now, but good enough for most of the time.It would be cool if the Fintie keys were pushed up to the edge where the tab is, with the empty space down below to rest your hands, instead of having the empty space on the far side. I have to kind of bend my fingers down and a little backwards when typing. And, while you're at it, does Android support an external bluetooth touchpad? Even a little one in the middle wouldn't hurt. The main reason I gave four instead of five stars is because it more than doubles the thickness of the tab, which makes it so I can't put it into the Domiso sleeve. I would have gotten it anyway, but I can't use it as much as I would have liked, as I described above.

Remote Typing Dream Come True
I bought this mainly because I got sick of lugging my 16” laptop around the house and wanted the option to sit anywhere and just, TYPE comfortably. This Finite keyboard has been the answer to my typing dreams! Because of this keyboard, I’m now using my Samsung Tablet more than my laptop. It might take you a bit of time to adjust to the small keyboard, but believe me, once you do, you’ll see that it’s a very sturdy and adaptable little guy. The Keystrokes are gentle and super quiet and I went for almost a month before I had to charge it. The actual case is also a quality piece of product. The tablet fits perfectly in the brackets and the material is very durable. Hint: You can keep the outside of the case looking new forever if you rub it down every now and then with some Armor All.I only have two complaints, both very minor: 1) I’m not real crazy about the magnet in the case the holds the keyboard in place. I like to move the keyboard around when I’m typing, and the magnet holds the keyboard so firmly that it’s a bit difficult to “unstick” if you want to reposition it. A completely remote keyboard would have been more to my taste. As an example of my “remoteness,” I don’t even keep the keyboard in the case, I just leave it wherever I happen to stop using it in the house and then close the case without the keyboard in it. And 2) I prefer back lighting on the keys which this keyboard doesn’t have. But no back lighting equals a longer charge life for the keyboard so that’s a pretty fair trade. All in all, very, very pleased! Highly recommend if you want a case and keyboard for your Samsung Tablet.

Excellent quality for the price, but not without issues
I bought this KB/case because quite frankly it was the most prominent one available for the Galaxy Tab A 10.1". I've had similar accessories for other tablets and this keyboard has some common issues. The case itself is perfect. No complaints there at all. This review is mostly about the keyboard.Pros:* Case is pleather and seems of good quality. Fit to the Tab A is perfect in every way.* Keyboard has good battery life. On/off switch surely helps, but magnetically-controlled switching would be nicer.* Keys have good travel and feel good when typing. Layout is good except for the left Ctrl key should be the leftmost key in the bottom row.* Pairs/reconnects with tablet quickly* Price. Nothing with the features this combo has even came close in price.Cons:* Detachable keyboard is a pain. I prefer cases with attached keyboards I can just unfold and start typing. This one requires me to position the keyboard first, which depends on the angle I need to orient the screen. The keyboard is light enough and the magnet(s) strong enough that I doubt it will ever go flying out of the case while carrying it. But if it is dropped, the keyboard is definitely going to go its own way. Some people prefer the detachable keyboard, so this is kind of a personal preference.* The keyboard is "moody". I have another similar keyboard/case that has this issue also. The keyboard becomes slow and often misses keystrokes or double-enters them. I haven't figured out why it starts or why it stops. It's just very annoying. My Logitech keyboard never does this.* No backlighting. This isn't that important to me but it might be to some people. Having it would reduce battery life.* Plastic on glass. The keyboard is recessed and when folded into the case, the tablet's glass screen rests and rubs on the raised areas. It shouldn't be an issue since glass is much harder than plastic, but over time it is possibly going to scratch the screen. My Logitech keyboard has rubber pads to prevent damage. Applying felt stickers at the corners might be wise.

Great case with three annoying faults
First let me say that this little keyboard case is great overall. I work in technology and this case paired with the Galaxy Tab A has replaced my laptop for everything except heavy computational things like running virtual machines. The physical keyboard makes this the perfect setup for taking notes in meetings, email and Slack. The keyboard even works great with Termux, though the decision to place the "home" key where escape should be is infuriating when using vim (hint - CTRL + [ will send escape), which is the first annoying thing about this keyboard. The second annoying thing is that the keyboard does not send a space when the space bar is pressed when the shift key is down. I type pretty fast even on the small keys on this keyboard, so it may just be me typing faster than the keyboard sends the key codes, but it's still annoying to have to correct missing spaces in typed text. The third annoying thing is that the function key is where CTRL should be, and there is no way to swap the two. Attention keyboard makers everywhere - please stop doing this. The control key should be the lower left most key on every keyboard. Muscle memory is a real thing, and having control in a weird place makes the operations that utilize that key infuriating.Other than those three issues, this is a great case/keyboard. The magnetic cover holds the keyboard securely in place allowing for the tablet to be "tented" at varying angles. The keys are small, but they are spaced far enough apart that typing is comfortable for extended periods, even for a person with larger than average hands like mine.Four stars because it's not perfect, but it's still pretty good.UPDATE: The solution to no ESC key and CTRL being in the wrong place are solved by replacing the keyboard this case comes with. This keyboard is the same size and case, but an ESC key, and CTRL/FN where they should be. And it has seven color backlight, which is nice in the dark. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00X5P8BJO/ Note that the linked keyboard also will not send space with the shift key down.
