I love these wicks.I use them for Beeswax candles.I read the other reviews and chose this brand because of a few factors.First, I wanted a wood wick that didn’t crackle because I use my candles with grids and spell work. I prefer no noise coming from the candle.Second, I doubled the wicks up. My candles are small so I am able to cut the wicks in half and use one whole stick per candle.Third, it takes a second but they burn great. You have to hold your lighter or match to them for a little longer than cotton wicks but THEY DO STAY LIT.Fourth, no lost wicks in candle. Yippy!Fifth, they make a statement with the candle.Observe in photo.

They burn great and are much easier to use than cotton wicks for candle making because they hold themselves in place when pouring hot wax into the molds.

Gave these three stars. They don’t stay lit unless you double them up. They don’t crackle like Woodwyck wicks for example. The bases work well.

These do not crackle but they are way better than the cotton wicks. I love them. They give an even burn and stay lit.
