Big Spring Mill A NO. 1 Seasoned Flour (5 POUND BAG)

I was first introduced to this seasoned flour when I was visiting my daughter in law down south in Virginia. That was about eight years ago. I’ve been ordering it ever since . This is the most amazing season flour I have ever had. I use it to pan fry fish, chicken, cubed steak and pork chops, anyone who has ever tried some thing I cooked with it has loved it!

My family has been using this product for over 30 years and we swear by it. Such a unique white pepper flavor and it makes such good gravy. I even opened a restaurant back in 2008 and have used it for my fried chicken ever since. I highly highly recommend this product to everyone!!

This is without a doubt the best seasoned flour I’ve ever used, hands down! If you love fried chicken like I love fried chicken, do yourself and your family a big ole favor and fry some chicken, pork chops, spare ribs, fish, or just whatever fried food you like, I promise you you will not be disappointed. Beware of salting your meat/whatever you fry because this mix is really seasoned! Happy eating!

Best I have ever had. I do this 50/50 with regular flour. One cup big spring one cup regular flour for my taste. Little salty that's why I cut it down.

Great for frying fish! We put some in a bag, drop the fish in, shake, wait a few minutes and pan fry or deep fry. We didn't use egg or anything else to dip it in. I love that it is a thin coating..not thick like "batter". Good stuff.

Great seasoned flour as we knew it would be. The price was outrageously high. We only purchased it through Amazon due to the pandemic. It is less than half the price when purchased at our local Kroger.

I fry squash with this seasoned flour. You slice them and add to bowl of flour and ditto, adds flavor like no other. YouDon’t need to wet squash. It sticks toIt. My rating 5 *****

This is the best seasoned flour I've ever tried. It's the first one that I didn't feel I needed to add something. I am very partial to good fried chicken and for a coating that works right out of the box makes it very simple. I've tried to add different seasonings just to see if I could improve it but it was a waste of time. I've tried a lot of different coatings, some good and some no good, and for me this is the one I've been looking for.
